How does exhibition stand hire work?

You brief us on your show, stand size and objectives. We send back a 3D design concept with no obligation. Once approved, we handle delivery, build and breakdown at the venue. Your project manager is your single point of contact throughout. Most stands are built in 4 to 6 hours on-site.

How much does it cost to hire an exhibition stand in the UK?

A 4×3 (12m²) hire stand runs from £4,400 to £6,600. A 5×4 (20m²) ranges from £4,695 to £8,115, and a 6×4 (24m²) from £4,909 to £8,449 — every package includes design, graphics, delivery, build and breakdown. Shell scheme upgrades start from £350. Island stands (36m²+) start from £10,000 and are quoted individually, and fully custom builds range from £10,000 to £100,000+ depending on scale and complexity. All prices exclude VAT.

What is included in exhibition stand hire?

Every Redblu package includes the T3 modular structure, full print graphics, carpet throughout, a 1m counter, a 43" TV and mount, a bar table, three bar stools, two-man installation and dismantling and return. 3D design and project management are included as standard. Extra counters, screens, furniture, coffee kits and raised flooring are available as priced upgrades. There are no hidden costs — everything is agreed upfront in your quote.

Can I reuse a hired exhibition stand at multiple shows?

Yes. That is one of the main advantages of modular stand hire. Aluvision and T3 systems are designed to be reconfigured for different stand sizes and layouts. You can adapt the same stand for a 3x3 at one show and a 4x6 at the next.

Do you cover exhibition venues outside Scotland?

Yes. Redblu has depots in Glasgow and Hampshire, allowing us to serve all major UK venues including ExCeL London, NEC Birmingham, Olympia, Manchester Central and EICC Edinburgh. We also support UK clients exhibiting at European venues.

How far in advance should I book exhibition stand hire?

We recommend 8 to 12 weeks for modular hire stands, and longer for larger or more complex builds. For popular shows at major venues such as ExCeL and NEC we often book out 16 to 20 weeks ahead. That said, we can move fast when needed. Contact us and tell us your timeline.
