Olympia London
West London's historic exhibition venue, now part of a redeveloped campus with hotels and restaurants on site.
The Grand Hall, The National Hall, West Hall Ground Floor, West Hall Level 1, The ICC (International Convention Centre) and British Airways ARC.

Olympia has its own dedicated train station next to the venue, and the Underground is within walking distance.
No coach parking on site - the nearest facility is Wembley.
Vehicles enter via Blythe Road, accessed from Hammersmith Road. The venue recommends approaching from the Hammersmith direction.
Maximum vehicle height is 4.4 metres.
All vehicle access must be pre-booked through Voyage Control (olympiaevents.voyagecontrol.com). Bookings open roughly 30 days before the event starts. One booking per vehicle per day, and consecutive time slots are not permitted.
The vehicle type and registration must match the booking - vehicles that do not match may be refused entry.
Parking rates vary by event and must be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance through Olympia's portal.
Van and lorry spaces are limited, capped at 7.5 tonnes, and require advance pre-booking. Parking beyond your loading slot needs a separate booking.
Arrive at your allocated time - vehicles arriving early or late may be refused access. You should be ready to complete loading or unloading within the booked slot.
Traffic staff control all on-site vehicle movement and their instructions must be followed.

Olympia London is served from our Fordingbridge depot in Hampshire, with Aluvision and T3 stock held there.
Olympia runs a strict vehicle booking system through Voyage Control, with a 4.4m height limit and refusal for vehicles arriving outside their slot. We handle the booking, the stand plan and the on-site management, so the delivery window is our problem rather than yours.
ESSA Tier 5 accredited - the only stand builder in Scotland to hold it - and every stand we build is designed to be reused rather than skipped.
