LED video wall integrated into an exhibition stand

LED Video Walls for Exhibition Stands

A well-placed LED video wall does something a printed graphic cannot: it moves. Motion draws the eye from across a hall, holds attention once it arrives, and lets you change your message between shows without reprinting anything. An LED video wall is one of the most effective tools available to an exhibitor with space to fill and a brand to show.

LED Display Technology

What Is an LED Video Wall?

An LED video wall is a display surface made up of individual modular LED panels that tile together seamlessly. Unlike a TV screen or a projector, there is no bezel or border between panels: the image runs across the full surface without interruption. Panels can be configured into almost any shape or size, from a simple flat backdrop to a curved arc, a freestanding column, or a floor-to-ceiling feature wall.

Indoor exhibition LED walls typically use a pixel pitch of P2.6 to P3.9. Pixel pitch is the distance in millimetres between LED clusters: a lower number means higher resolution at close viewing distances. For a stand where visitors stand two to four metres away, P2.6 to P3.9 delivers sharp, detailed content with high brightness even under strong venue lighting.

Seamless panels

Seamless panels

Modular tiles connect without visible joins, creating one uninterrupted display surface at any size.

High brightness

High brightness

Indoor panels operate at 600 to 1,500 nits: bright and clear under exhibition hall lighting with no washout.

Dynamic content

Plays video, animations, live feeds and motion graphics. Content can be changed between shows at no print cost.

Benefits of LED Tile

Why Add One to Your Stand?

Static graphics do a single job. An LED video wall does several. It draws footfall from a distance, communicates your message without requiring effort to see, creating an environment rather than just a display. Stands incorporating video walls consistently attract significantly more visitors than equivalent static builds. If your budget is there, we reccomend considering LED Video Wall.

Why Add One to Your Stand?

What You Are Getting

Below are only some of the key benefits of integrating an LED video wall to your stand.

No reprint costs

Change your content between every show: swap product demos, update messaging, localise for international events. The screen stays the same; only the content changes.

Scales to your space

A 2x2m wall works on a compact island stand. A 4x3m backdrop fills the rear of a larger build. Panels are modular so the configuration is determined by your floor area and brief.

Integrates with your stand

Built directly into an Aluvision or T3 framework, an LED wall becomes part of the stand structure rather than something added on top of it.

Works with live content

Feed in a live product demo, social wall, real-time data or broadcast directly from the show floor without any additional equipment beyond a media player or laptop.

LED Wall Configurations

Configurations We Supply

We source and integrate LED video walls to match the stand design and the message you want visitors to see. Here are a few below:
Flat backdrop wall

Flat backdrop wall

The classic setup. A rectangular LED panel array mounted behind your reception, product display or meeting area. Best when you want moving content to anchor the stand without dominating the whole space.

Curved LED wall

Curved LED wall

Angled panels shaped into a concave or convex curve that wraps around your stand. Best when visitors approach from wide angles as they walk past, or when the wall itself needs to feel like a design feature, not just a screen. Adds architectural interest without extra structure.

Freestanding column or tower

Freestanding column or tower

A vertical LED display on its own footprint rather than fixed to a wall. Best for stands with limited wall space, island stands needing 360° visibility, or as a landmark visitors can spot from across the hall. Doubles as a wayfinding feature.

Floor-to-ceiling feature

Floor-to-ceiling feature

A full-height LED wall running from stand floor to ceiling. Best when you want maximum visual impact and can dedicate stand space to one hero moment. Particularly effective on double-height stands, or as the anchor behind a signature product display.

Hire or Buy

The Right Plan For Your Show?

Most exhibitors hire LED panels per show rather than owning them. For anyone exhibiting one to four times a year, this gives you current-generation panels without capital outlay, storage, or maintenance. Buying only starts to make commercial sense above six shows a year.
Hire
Buy
Pay per show, no capital outlay
One purchase, used across multiple shows
Always current-generation panels
Own asset, no hire cost per event
No storage or maintenance required
Full control over scheduling and availability
Ideal for 1 to 4 shows per year
Worth considering for 6+ shows per year
Includes delivery, install and collection
Requires transport, storage and handling
We can supply LED panels on a dry hire basis if you have your own technical crew, or as a fully managed service including delivery to the venue, installation into the stand, technical support on show days, and collection at breakdown. Both options are available as part of a complete Redblu stand build or as a standalone add-on to an existing build.

Integrated Stand Design

How It Works With a Redblu Stand Build

We work with our AV partners to integrate the LED panels at the design stage, not as an afterthought. That means the frame, cable management, media player housing, and panel mounting are all designed together rather than retrofitted. The result is a stand where the video wall looks like it belongs there.

The process is straightforward: you tell us the size, content type and any interactivity requirements as part of your initial brief. We propose a configuration, provide a 3D visualisation showing how it will look in your specific stand, and handle the rest from panel sourcing through to on-site installation and breakdown.
