Project Description

Idox used EBME Expo 2025 to show iAssets, its healthcare asset-tracking platform, to the clinical engineering and medical equipment community. A software product has to be demonstrated rather than handled, so the 6m × 3m corner stand at the Coventry Building Society Arena was designed around screens and conversation.

Full-height graphic walls frame the two closed sides, with storage built in so demonstration materials stay out of sight. Three wall-mounted screens carry the platform, and downlighters and LED spots light the demonstration area.

A bar-height counter with five stools gives the team a place to run one-to-one demonstrations, and a branded plinth counter marks the open corner as the welcome point. The stand sits on a raised floor of eco tiles with a cable port feeding the counter.

The result is a clean, screen-led stand where the graphics, lighting and seating all support one job: showing visitors how the software works.
