P&J Live Aberdeen
Aberdeen's modern events campus next to the airport. Easier road access and parking than most city-centre venues.
48,000 sqm of flexible event space. The multi-purpose arena is 9,000 sqm, with a 10,000 all-seated capacity and 15,000 seated/standing.

Six miles north-west of Aberdeen city centre, next to Aberdeen Airport. Entry is via Dyce Drive - the other entry points are bus gates only. All three exits are available: A96, Dyce Drive and Wellheads Drive.
Road access and parking are materially more straightforward than at the EICC - but factor the drive time in for build day if the crew is staying in the city.
2,200 spaces across two car parks: the Sub-T Car Park (underground, APCOA location code 6680) and the Surface Car Park (APCOA code 2356).
Pay on exit. Additional days are charged at £29.00 per day. Payment by QR scan, on-site machines (coins or card), the APCOA Connect app up to 24 hours after departure, or the APCOA website.
Ten Rolec fast EV charging points (3.6kW/7.2kW) in the Sub-T, free to use with standard parking charges applying. Free bicycle parking in both car parks. Drop-off and pick-up is capped at 20 minutes.
No exhibitor-specific parking arrangement is published - treat it as general parking and confirm with the organiser.

The concentration of energy-sector events reflects Aberdeen's position as the UK's energy capital. That changes the brief: these shows draw specialists and engineers rather than general visitors, and they want clear technical information and a straightforward reason to stop - not spectacle.
We build at P&J Live from our Glasgow depot - same-day drive, so the crew and the kit arrive together. Twenty-four projects here to date.

Aberdeen shows skew technical and energy-sector. That changes what a stand needs to do: fewer passing visitors, more pre-booked meetings, and a premium on somewhere to actually sit and talk. We design for that rather than for footfall.
Aberdeen also has fewer local stand contractors than Glasgow or Edinburgh, so ask anyone you are considering about their track record at this venue specifically.
