Individual hall dimensions, ceiling heights and loading specifications come from ExCeL's technical pack rather than its public pages - request it through the organiser before you design.

Royal Docks, East London. ExCeL is served by its own DLR stations - Custom House, Prince Regent and Royal Victoria - so you can reach it from London City Airport or by rail without crossing central London.

Thirteen hotels sit on the ExCeL campus itself.

ExCeL's scale is the thing to plan around. Several major shows can run in parallel across the halls, and on-site storage and staging space is limited relative to demand.

Confirm your contractor's delivery slot and storage plan well ahead of build day rather than in the week before. Loading dock congestion during peak build windows is the normal condition here, not the exception.

Brief your stand company at least 8 to 12 weeks ahead, and longer for larger or more technical builds.

ExCeL's major shows absorb contractor capacity across the whole venue well in advance. Leaving it late narrows your options on both design revisions and your preferred build slot.

We have built six stands at ExCeL, served from our Fordingbridge depot in Hampshire.

ExCeL is a large venue with correspondingly strict delivery scheduling - we handle the Voyage Control booking, the stand plan submission and the on-site management as part of the build, so you are not chasing slots yourself.
