Event Overview

This year’s Law Society of Scotland Annual Conference, held at the EICC on October 9th, 2025, brought together hundreds of legal professionals from across the country for a day of learning, networking, and collaboration. The event served as a highlight in the legal calendar and featured headline sponsor Denovo Business Intelligence, a leading provider of legal software solutions.

Our Collaboration

This project marked the first time the Redblu team partnered with Denovo, delivering a package exhibition stand for their sponsorship at the event. Our team worked closely with Denovo’s marketing department to bring their vision to life. Ensuring the final stand reflected their modern, forward-thinking brand while offering a professional and welcoming space for delegates to engage with the wonderful Denovo team!

Stand Design & Build

The modular layout provided a sleek, impactful presence right at the entrance of the venue, giving Denovo the perfect platform to make an instant impression as the event’s headline sponsor.

A major highlight of the stand was the golf putting activation that our creative team designed specifically for this event. At last year’s conference, Denovo had featured a golf simulator as part of their engagement activity. However, due to venue restrictions and other issues this year, that wasn’t possible, so the Redblu team came up with a made-to-measure putting ramp that captured the same fun and interactive spirit.

The activation was a huge success, drawing in attendees for a quick putting challenge and a soft drink as they entered the conference. Positioned right at the front doors, Denovo’s stand was impossible to miss, and it became a lively hub of activity throughout the day.

The stand also featured dedicated demo areas where Denovo showcased their brand-new LawY AI platform, an innovative tool designed to make legal research easier for lawyers in Scotland. Trained exclusively on Scots Law, LawY AI was the main focus of Denovo’s presence at the event. After trying the putting challenge, attendees were invited to sit down with the Denovo team to see how the new software could streamline their legal work while enjoying a refreshment and engaging conversation.

Key elements of the stand included:

  • A fully branded backwall with high-resolution approved graphics

  • A custom-built golf putting ramp designed for this event

  • Interactive demo areas showcasing Denovo’s new LawY AI platform

  • Integrated lighting and display space for digital presentations

  • A clean, professional finish reflecting Denovo’s corporate identity

Event Success

Denovo’s presence at the conference was a standout success, both visually and in terms of engagement. The putting activation and LawY AI demos proved to be major talking points, helping the Denovo team connect with countless attendees throughout the day.
